Debbie is one of the co-founders of Well&Co, a kindness-centered motivating endeavor that celebrates well-being as an aesthetic. The initiative aims to instill compassion, lifelong learning, and motivation. In addition to writing on health and wellbeing, Debbie also writes for Well&Co about postpartum mindfulness, family well-being, mobile phone fixation, and professional burnout. She also offers Soul Sessions, where participants interested in personal growth talk for an hour about their hobbies.

As a board member of the American Parkinson's Disease Association, Debra promotes the organization's efforts and offers her experience in charity consulting. The American Parkinson's Disease Association has raised approximately $225 million since its founding in 1961, which has been used toward patient care and educational initiatives.
